1. What kind of lighting is around you?
At home, natural lighting coming in the big picture window through the blinds. At work, stark, soul sucking florescent lighting, as bright as can be. ugh! .
2. What do you think of your singing voice?
Absolutely delightful, despite what anyone says. In the car, Roy’s Karaoke Kommute is generally sold out, as I craft delightful, melodious versions of most songs, sung in my best Willie Nelson impression.
3. Who do you try to please?
The boss. He is a stern task master with way too many to do lists and he is physically unable to live a life without checking things off the list. My job is to ensure that I have tasks completed each week that he can remove from the list.
4. Describe your last dream:
I don’t remember all of it, but a huge lake cabin was involved. Eddie and Sage were in it, we were camping at the cabin and had to for some reason, get a group of college boys out of the mountains and back in to town. And the cast of Deadwood was floating around in the dream as well. (I recently bought the Deadwood soundtrack and I think it has permeated my slumber.)
5. When is the last time you bought flowers?
It has been many, many months since I bought fresh cut flowers. In May I bought a couple of pots of miniature roses, but between the sun and the cat, they were quickly ruined.

1. Mostly natural with the occasional table lamp thrown in. Too dark to do anything, but that’s how Edward likes it (except my office which is a cave).
2. It’s okay…….i’ve got lots of training in how to sing with no microphone……
3. myself
4. It involved swords and Marc Anthony from the HBO series Rome (lord he’s dreamy). Hence my costume for Halloween this year.
5. Last year for Edward I suppose!
!) Currently I have a desk lamp on low & the warm friendly glow of my work computer.
@) My singing voice is alright at times.
#) I try to please myself above all others but, am certain Fom is a close 1.5.
$) My last dream consisted of running through a movie theater with some guy I didn’t know& then running through a mall. To or from what I know not.
%) Fom & I bought flowers this past spring but, only one made it. My ground cover is holding on alright though.
1) Natural light from the many windows in my home office. Of course the fiber light rose plant I bought is pretty too.
2) Grog sing good.
3) Happy wife, Happy life.
4) It involved eating food that is not currently on my diet and then feeling guilty about it. Then loads of good sex with multiple threesomes (isn’t that in everyone’s dreams?)
5)I bought flowers for my wife about 3 weeks ago. And will buy them again, for my wife, in about 4 weeks (for her b-day).
First, might I comment on what a strange grab bag of questions these are. What gives Nall—were you cleaning out the crisper?
1. At home it varies. My windows only face west, so in the morning itÂ’s diffuse and sometimes causes me to make some interesting fashion choices (i.e., “It looked fine at home. . .hmmmm.”). In the afternoon’s it’s blazing and bright. At work, I have expensive overhead lighting that is supposed to approximate light sunshine.
2. Didn’t we cover this one recently? My singing voice is somewhere between that of a gut-shot lemur and a ‘58 Chevy Belair.
3. Foremost, I try to please myself. AinÂ’t no one gonna be happy unless mommaÂ’s happy. Capisci?
4. I donÂ’t remember my last dream. I do know that it was a good dream, and probably had something to do with work.
5. I buy fresh flowers fairly often. It helps create the illusion that IÂ’m in control of my home life. (And also, I get a kick out of the neighborhood gay florist on 6th–heÂ’s so gay that he practically prances around the store.) As for the last time, I guess it was last Saturday when I bought Asiatic lilies and some ornamental berries as filler. IÂ’ve found that the secret to a successful floral arrangement is an appropriate balance of color, shape AND texture.

1. 2 lamps and 1 florescent, with ambient light high up near the ceilings (20 or so ft. ceilings here @ Wells).
2. I *think* I sing okay to a handful of songs (alto).
3. Who don’t I try to please is the question. I should try to please myself more often.
4. I dreamt that the gay gentlemen that live in one of the penthouses in the Barrington, stole into our condo and repainted it in horrendous colors, washes and murals. Very bizarre.
5. Hmmm, I think a few months ago for my Gramma.
