If Kerry can solidify Ohio, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, this thing will be well in hand, without Florida, but that is, as President Bush might say, “Hard work;” there is still much work to be done.
And that will come down to voter registration and Get Out The Vote (GOTV) efforts in the battleground states.
