So far, it was just like any other log ride at any other theme park! “How cool was that,†he thought? “This is waaay better than laughing gas or those needles they shove in your mouth.†Jerry didn’t’ have a clue how this new kind of dentistry worked, but he didn’t care. He was having so much fun, and it was cheap, cheap, cheap! But Jerry should have read the fine print to Dr. Mengele’s Log Jam Dentistry (“We put the fun back into tooth repair!”) because, sure, it involved the traditional “log drop” at the end of the ride–this one was called “the Angel of Death Drop,†and he expected it, of course; what log ride doesn’t have the traditional “log drop†with a big splash of water at the end?–but what he didn’t know was that the “log drop†on this ride referred to a real log that dropped into your face when you got to the bottom, knocking your teeth, jaw, and brains out. Sometimes it even knocked people’s heads off. Hardly anyone had problems with their teeth after signing up for Dr. Mengele’s Log Jam Dentistry–hardly anyone survived it at all–but regardless, they certainly enjoyed the ride.
