The Friday Fives

1. Which famous person had the best death?

It was a terrible death. Cancer and all, but Warren Zevon and his very public life as he was dying – Letterman, recording an album and a documentary of his last days. If you have to g out, go out in style.

2. What is the most disturbing movie you have ever watched?

Pretty sure some form of this question has come up before, but – “The Blair Witch Project.” Saw it in the theater the weekend of its release while knowing nothing about it at all. I am not a horror film fan, but this one grabbed me and didn’t let go.

3. If you are given superpower to reveal one secret about someone/something, what would you dig out?

Donald Trump – “What the hell happened to you as a little boy? Because man, you are fucked up.”

4. You wake up tomorrow as a wild animal and have to survive in nature for the rest of your life. What animal are you choosing?

A Bonobo. Just because they are so adorable and smart.

5. Who do you miss the most right now?

My mom. Still have the urge to pick up the phone and call her to catch her up on things.

  1. 1) Brandon Lee, getting shot in the face while filming a movie would be a better story than passing away in your sleep.

    2) Watched as a joke knowing it’s awful in order to make fun of it, Human Centipede.
Watched as a legitimate movie The Kids.

    3) Hello Kennedy assassination reveal party!

    4) Toss up, either a blue whale, or an elephant. Probably whale.

    5) I miss who my dad used to be. Watching and being around him now with his dementia it is incredibly painful and no fun.

  2. 1) Sharon Tate had one of the most famous deaths, but it was not a good death. I kind of feel like any death that is done out of one’s own free will, celebrity or not and not suicide due to mental health is a good death.

    2) The Human Centipede 1, 2 and 3. I recommend not watching even clip of it at work.

    3) Alien visitation, when and where.

    4) Jellyfish.

    5) My close friends from college.
