1. What is your best kitchen hack?
This little timer for making the best, easiest soft boiled eggs that come out perfect every time.

2. You have 10 minutes to make a meal (PBJ doesn’t count) what do you cook up?
See above, although I add either a spicy szechuan chili sauce, or serve the eggs on a bed or medallion of polenta.
3. What is your secret traffic hack?
I cheat and don’t have a car but the hack, when the weather cooperates is my ebike through Cherry Creek reservoir trails to get to work..
4. What is your hidden streaming/TV delight?
I have been watching a lot of MotoGP, super fast motorcycle grand prix racing on TNT. Interest started during lockdown and I have kept it up. Watching those guys take all those corners in a pelaton that fast is thrilling

1. Keep a lemon in the freezer. It will be easier to zest, and once thawed or microwaved, it will yield more juice.
2. There are two NYT dishes I turn to time and time again, Miso Buttered Noodles, or Gochujang Buttered noodles. Each takes however long the noodles take to cook, but definitely ingredients that one always have on hand.
3. I don’t drive. But I know this town so well from riding my bike that I know every single traffic hack in downtown Denver

1) I live my air fryer. It’s magic.
2) Frozen chicken chunks, microwave bag if riced cauliflower with veggies, sauce if you’re choosing, I usually go with orange ginger iron chef sauce.
