I have a soft spot for old school REO speedwagon and memories of listening to Keep On Lovin’ You in the high school parking lot.
2. Do you have a favorite condiment no one else you know uses?
PickaPeppa sauce. Delicious must have ingredient in a bloody Mary and pour it over a block of cream cheese for a quick dip and serve with Fritos. Yum.
3. What was the most difficult day in your life
About 18 months ago in the ICU and taking my mom of the respirator to let her pass. Saddest moment of my life.
4. What do we *not* know about the human body?
The Whys, Whens, Hows of the Cancer. Fuck Cancer.
5. What TV show did your parents forbid you to watch growing up and why?
Cinemax: After Dark.
1) Elvis Costello – Trust. the song is Clubland. One of my first foray albums into something other than the 70s music I grew up on.
2) Worcestershire sauce – I use it in almost all of my recipes and here’s a protip, put it on grilled cheese sandwiches. Life changing.
3) Probably the day we got my son’s cancer diagnosis. That’s a whole bunch of “what the fuck are we gonna do with this?”
4) The brain is such a mystery and pretty much a crap shoot in treatments.
5) We didn’t have cable, so nothing was off limits that I remember.
1) Vast, touched. I only am familiar with one of their albums but I love it.
2) Nope I am non food adventurous.
3) I’ve had several. But none as bad as Feb 13 2015 when I showed up to work at DG. Was brought into the office at 05:30 in the morning to find out my partner and friend had driven up into the mountains and taken her own life the previous day.
4) There is a great deal we do not know about the human body and even more we do not understand.
